We are responsible to the environment. That's why we use the latest technology, along with sustainable materials and practices, to help us build innovative communities that respect nature. Partners like the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority (LSRCA), Greenland Group of Companies and the University of Guelph help us leave as little a footprint as possible. Together, we work towards flood reduction and nutrient load elimination from uncontrolled headwater areas, creek rehabilitation and pond management. We're also involved in the preservation of natural heritage sites. While we look towards the future, it's important to us that we respect our history.
